Global BDR Manager | Build a New Outbound Function

Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.

I'm partnering with a fast-growing international B2B SaaS business to hire a Global BDR Manager who will build and lead a brand-new outbound function from Madrid.

This isn't about inheriting an established team and keeping the wheels turning.

You'll build it.

The business is creating a new global BDR hub supporting its key European markets, including the UK, France and Spain. You'll join first, help recruit your BDR team, and take ownership of creating the outbound playbooks, processes, cadences and methodology they work to.

What you'll own

  • Build, coach and develop a new outbound BDR team
  • Create scalable outbound playbooks, cadences and messaging
  • Define ICPs, account prioritisation and prospecting strategy
  • Own outbound pipeline targets, conversion and performance
  • Coach BDRs across cold calling, outreach, qualification and objection handling
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps
  • Use data to continually test and improve outbound performance
  • Help establish a high-performance outbound culture across multiple European markets

What we're looking for

You need to really understand outbound.

We're looking for someone who has personally succeeded as an outbound BDR/SDR before progressing into leadership. You'll understand what great prospecting looks like because you've actually done it yourself.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Leadership, coaching or team management experience
  • Evidence of strong personal and/or team target attainment
  • Experience building or improving outbound processes and playbooks
  • Strong understanding of modern prospecting methodologies and tooling
  • French and/or Spanish would be a big advantage (but is not essential)

Experience within hospitality, vertical SaaS or technology selling into multi-location businesses would also be particularly interesting.

You don't necessarily need years and years of management experience. A high-performing BDR/SDR leader with the right career trajectory and genuine outbound expertise could be a great fit.

The important thing is that you're excited by the opportunity to build a team and function rather than simply inherit one.

Madrid – expect to be in the office 3-4 times a week while the new team is being hired, trained and established, with the working model reviewed as the function matures. xghoner
