Tasks

Your tasks with us

- Conception of projects in the field of market research and customer relationship management

- Set-up of survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping)

- Controlling of field staff and external

- Quality control of the collected data

- Communication with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization)

- Analysis and evaluation of collected data

- Reporting on the survey results to customers

- Development of recommendations for action

- Presentation to the customer

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

Studies of business administration or equivalent experience in sales/communication and/or project management

Our requirements for you

- Successfully completed university studies with an economic or sociological focus or a comparable qualification.

- Professional experience in the field of market research or comparable projects is helpful but not a requirement

- You have a very precise, structured and process-oriented way of working to maintain and improve our high quality standards.

- Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, preferably also PowerPoint.

- Good feeling for language

- Very good spelling skills

- You have a good command of English in speaking and writing.
