Clinical Development Manager EU-based (UK, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Spain)

In this role, you will provide scientific, strategic and operational support across development activities, ensuring studies are designed and conducted in line with global regulatory standards. You will act as a key scientific partner across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, CMC and external partners, contributing to successful product development and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of preclinical and clinical studies, defining objectives, endpoints and scientific rationale
• Oversee study protocols, analytical plans, reports and technical documentation
• Manage and collaborate with CROs, ensuring quality, compliance, timelines and budget adherence
• Ensure GLP/GCP compliance and appropriate handling of study deviations and amendments
• Support regulatory submissions through preparation and review of scientific documentation
• Contribute to publications, technical materials and lifecycle management activities
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support inspections and due diligence activities
• Monitor scientific and regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
