We are looking for open-minded colleagues with passion for technology, who are willing to find diverse and exciting career opportunities in a dynamic work environment that stands for development and progress.Elevate your career with us, where development and progress are at the heart of everything we do.Your tasksTechnical administration and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors platformResponsible for the configuration and optimization of platform functions, workflows and authorizationsEnsure platform stability, including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimizationAnalysis and optimization of the IT architecture with regard to SuccessFactors implementations and integrationsIntegration of SuccessFactors into other systems (e.g. SAP ERP, third-party systems) using middleware and API technologiesSupport in the use and further development of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its servicesCreation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as consulting and training of internal teamsYour profileCompleted degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. EC, REC, P&G)Good knowledge of IT architecture, network technologies and security concepts (e.g. SSO, encryption, access control)Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementationDesirable: knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration options (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware)Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimize complex system relationshipsStrong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a structured way of working paired with excellent written and spoken English.
