About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for dutch-speaking customers, helping them get the most out of our client's products and services. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat — always with professionalism and genuine care. The role is based at their Málaga headquarters, with a hybrid working arrangement available once your initial onboarding period is complete.

This is not a call centre where you read from a script. Our client is a Nordic-founded company, and that means a flat structure, a culture of trust, and real ownership over your work.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver expert, friendly support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat

Troubleshoot product and service issues, guiding customers clearly and patiently to a resolution

Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and account management

Represent the company's values in every customer interaction — warm, honest, and solutions-focused

Collaborate with an international team, sharing knowledge and flagging recurring issues

Meet quality, satisfaction, and response-time targets consistently

What We Are Looking For

Must have:

Native or near-native Dutch, both written and spoken — this is essential

Good English for internal communication with the wider team

Genuine empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving instincts

Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, multicultural environment
