This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution

.This position is designed for an analytical, process-driven Quality Assurance professional with deep experience in high-volume industrial inventory and damage control. The role requires someone who can build an entire inspection and compliance framework from scratch, specifically tailored for non-standard, bulky, and high-value e-commerce freight

• e.The Scope: You will take full accountability for all QA protocols across the Madrid Large Item DC—covering inbound inspection, standard storage auditing, damage claim verification, and process compliance—while directly aligning local standards with global HQ quality target
