Your TasksInternational Rollout Champion: As part of our "Project Factory", you will drive the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) in Lidl countries. In doing so, you translate business needs into technical reality and ensure stability in a highly dynamic environment.Bridge Builder: You are the interface between the proven SAP HCM world (PA/OM) and the future with SuccessFactors Employee Central. In doing so, you master the integration of on-premise and cloud.Shape the Transformation: You accompany our departments through HR digitalization – from the initial SF implementation to integration with the strategic ServiceNow platform.Interface Management: You manage external partners and internal stakeholders confidently.
