Team members collaborate closely with high-growth eCommerce brands, gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and operational best practices.Role Description The Client Operations Manager is a high-ownership role overseeing a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end.

This role has two equally important sides: driving measurable results for clients, and helping build the processes and systems that make those results repeatable at scale.

The Client Operations Manager will work directly with the Head of CO and partner daily with brand managers, VA and PPC specialists, the PM team, and the AI agents that run much of the monitoring layer.

Typical responsibilities include reading and analyzing performance data, forming an independent view, and executing directly in Seller Central, in the dashboards, and in the spreadsheets.

This is not a project-management role of passing tickets between teams; it's a role where decisions translate into visible client performance within days.

The person in this role will also help standardize workflows, identify risks and opportunities early, and proactively recommend optimizations that support sustainable growth for each brand.QualificationsRelevant background via one of two paths: 1-2 years in management consulting or strategy (Big 4, boutique, or in-house), or hands-on Amazon/marketplace experience combined with an MBA or equivalent Master's degree.Strong analytical skills, comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets, able to interpret performance data and spot trends without being hand-held.High ownership mentality- proactive follow-through, closing the loop independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, at a fluent, professional, near-native level.Amazon marketplace or Ecommerce experience- familiarity with SP-API, FBA, SQP, or TACOS is a bonus.Customer satisfaction focus, attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing and building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality service.Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and analytics platforms; familiarity with AI-driven or automated systems is needed.What you will get?Ownership of real client accounts from day one.A front-row seat to how AI agents are being deployed in e-commerce operations at real pace.A team that ships continuously and respects good thinking. xcskxlj Málaga or Madrid office, hybrid 3/2.Competitive comp, benchmarked to experience.
