Until now, our consultants have managed the full 360° cycle, combining recruitment and business development. Today, we’re taking the next step by building a brand-new

Sales Acquisition team , fully dedicated to outbound prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
We’re looking for one of the

first Business Developers / BDRs

to join the team and help us build this new function from the ground up.

INTERNSHIPS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THIS ROLE

Who We’re Looking For

• A first experience in

Sales, Business Development or B2B prospecting

— internship or apprenticeship experience counts.
•

Fluent French and English are required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, resilience and a real appetite for sales and performance.
• Someone curious, ambitious and excited by the idea of joining a team at its very beginning and helping shape the way it works.

What We Offer

€29K fixed salary + €11K variable
A key role in building our new Sales Acquisition team from scratch
This role can be done as an internship
Fast career progression towards Senior BDR, Team Lead Acquisition or Consultant 360

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage new prospects through calls, LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
• Qualify business opportunities and book meetings for our Recruitment Consultants.
• Help build our acquisition strategy: scripts, processes, CRM pipeline, account mapping and outreach methodology.
