Change Management Analyst (French Speaker)

Overview In this role you will support large-scale transformation programs across Europe, focusing on change management, communications, learning, and business readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. The position sits within Accentures Talent & Organization CoE in Spain, contributing to meaningful business outcomes for international clients. You will shape change strategies, develop materials, and help build capability across organizations. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Medical insurance * Life insurance and accident coverage * Wellbeing and employee assistance programs * Flexible compensation program and employee stock purchase plan * Hybrid working model and flexibility initiatives * Individualized training and learning paths Responsabilidades * Support change management activities across transformation projects * Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments * Prepare and execute communication and engagement plans * Create communication materials, newsletters, intranet content, and updates * Design and develop training materials and enablement resources * Coordinate change champion networks * Support business readiness and adoption tracking * Prepare client deliverables and project documentation * Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments * Research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and identify adoption risks and opportunities * Track communication, training, and adoption metrics * Contribute to proposals and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives Requisitos principales * 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields * Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to create professional presentations and materials * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Team-based and international collaboration capability * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams; experience with Microsoft 365 tools * Exposure to AI tools (Copilot or ChatGPT) is a strong asset * Power BI experience is a plus * Fluent French and English (spoken and written); Spanish or other languages a plus * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities * Curiosity and willingness to learn new methodologies * Positive, collaborative mindset * Microsoft PowerPoint * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft Word
