We are seeking a Customer Success Lead (remote in UK/EU) to own and scale our customer success function. This role is responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our Saa S customer base. You will act as the voice of the customer internally while building processes, leading a role, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership roles within industry-leading, enterprise B2 B Saa S companies
Strong hands-on mindset, autonomy, leading customer-facing work from the front
Proven ability to drive retention, expansion, and customer value in enterprise environments
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience and interest working with highly regulated or complex industries
