Tasks

• Facilitate property transactions by connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless negotiations and closure of deals.
• Provide expert advice and market analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding luxury real estate investments.
• Conduct comprehensive property viewings and presentations, highlighting unique features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients to enhance effective matchmaking and follow-up strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging locations to identify new opportunities for business growth and client acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the luxury property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English ,Spanish and Ducth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality client interactions and transactions.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.

En 2016, se fundó Luxinmo Real Estate, una empresa que surgió de una evolución sólida y constante en el sector inmobiliario. Gracias a la amplia experiencia adquirida a lo largo de los años de trabajo en el sector y al profundo conocimiento de los materiales de más alta calidad en la construcción, Luxinmo Real Estate logró posicionarse rápidamente en el mercado inmobiliario, consolidándose como una de las agencias cuyo catálogo de viviendas de lujo destaca por su amplitud y rigurosos criterios de selección. En 2020, con el objetivo de expandirse a otras localizaciones privilegiadas, la empresa abrió su segunda oficina en Sant Rafel De Sa Creu, Ibiza. En 2021, se inauguró la primera oficina internacional en Varsovia, Polonia, seguida de las oficinas de Jávea y Calpe en 2022. Actualmente, Luxinmo Real Estate sigue creciendo y busca nuevos mercados para su próxima expansión.
