We’re looking for a Head of Social Media & Content to lead our content strategy, social media presence, and growing media team.

You’ll own our social media presence end-to-end, including Spain’s most-followed real estate Instagram account, with more than 200,000 followers, and Europe’s most-subscribed real estate YouTube channel. This means defining what we publish, when we publish it, and, most importantly, why.

You’ll also be doing it from Marbella, an increasingly international destination for entrepreneurial and creative talent, with a lifestyle that is difficult to match: sun most days of the year and a growing international community.

This is not a role for someone who wants to come in and simply maintain what already exists.

We have ambitious strategic plans for Drumelia and want this person to leave a significant mark on what we do: to challenge our current approach, introduce new thinking, and help build the next stage of our social media and content strategy.

We believe the full potential of social media marketing in real estate has not yet been defined. We want to explore what it can become when content, brand, audience, community, and commercial results are treated as one connected strategy.

This is a demanding role. We’re looking for someone with a real hunger for growth, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to turn ideas into action. Someone who wants to be challenged, but who also challenges us, questions assumptions, and brings a clear point of view.

What you’ll do

• 
  
• Lead the strategy and direction of all Drumelia social media accounts
  
• Define what we publish, for whom, on which channels, and for what purpose
  
• Develop new content concepts, formats, campaigns, and recurring series
  
• Turn our properties, people, knowledge, and daily activity into relevant content
  
• Challenge and improve our existing content, processes, and ways of working
  
• Lead and develop the social media and content team as the department grows
  
• Coordinate internal team members, creators, editors, and external production resources
  
• Work closely with company leadership, marketing, and sales.
  

What we’re looking for

• 
  
• At least three to five years of relevant experience managing social media and creating content, ideally for a premium, luxury, or highly aspirational brand
  
• Evidence that you have meaningfully grown, improved, or transformed a brand’s social media presence
  
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on if needed.
  
• Leadership skills and the ability to organise people, priorities, and production
  
• A strong understanding of what makes content distinctive, relevant, and engaging
  
• Genuine interest in social media, emerging formats.
  
• A natural feel for luxury aesthetics and high-end brand storytelling
  
• An understanding of how to build and engage a real community, not simply increase a follower count
  
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content can create trust, interest, leads, and sales
  
• Strong communication skills and professional English
  
• Full-time availability to work from our Marbella headquarters
