We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d) to spear-head growth in the region. After our acquisition of Uniglobe Alliance Travel, Benelux represents our second largest market, but the best is yet to come. We are here to become one of the leading players in the region over the next 3 years.

Your role in BizAway

As a Team Lead, you will guide a team of 4-6 Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success.

• Coaching reps in building repeatable processes and exceptional resilience.
• Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota).
• Challenging your team on a daily basis, applying MEDDPICC to uncover weaknesses in our largest deals.
• Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue and contracted revenue targets.
• Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team's deal pipeline
• Hiring and developing exceptional Sales Executives.
• Collaborating with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts.
• Collaborating with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
• Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications

• You have an excellent level of English and a native level of Dutch;
• You have at least 2 years of demonstrable track record as a top-performer AE in a tech company;
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a people manager;
• No excuses attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else;
• Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day;
• Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes;
• Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
