Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our IT Team. This role is responsible for assisting the business in resolving technical application issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system operations and will perform troubleshooting tasks by responding to requests and managing technical challenges as they arise. Application Support Analysts must demonstrate both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar role. A solid technical background is essential.

Database management systems (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)Web platform development tools (GitLab)Automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter)Valuable Technical Skills :Tridion or other content management tools

Problem Assessment : Evaluate customer issues to identify areas that require organizational attention.Identifying Technological Solutions : Contribute to leveraging technology to support business strategies and enhance performance.Troubleshooting : Detect and address system problems; if unresolved, escalate to other support teams or suppliers and notify the manager.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with business teams, IT support groups, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Technology Stack Understanding : Consider all environments, factors, and stakeholders when providing technical solutions.Preferred Skills
