At TrailHaven, we are looking for a creative, curious person who is comfortable moving between creative work, AI and digital tools, and can help us build the next chapter of our brand and marketing.

We are a boutique leadership development company that runs its programmes in nature. We work with international leaders and organisations, and we are a small, entrepreneurial team building a distinctive way of communicating: human, elegant, simple, thoughtful and free from unnecessary noise.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, exploring and trying new ways of doing things.

The role is varied and hands on. It will combine marketing, content, visual identity, website, LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, AI, digital tools, automation and the evolution of systems we already use, such as , Mighty and Lovable.

You do not need to arrive knowing everything. We care more about curiosity, the ability to learn quickly and the confidence to investigate, experiment and find solutions when something is new.

You will have space to test ideas, explore new tools and find better ways of doing things.

We want someone with strong creative judgement, brand sensitivity and the ability to turn ideas into something tangible. Someone who can help us not only execute marketing, but also gradually define a style that becomes increasingly recognisable as TrailHaven.

We are looking for a long term collaboration of 4 days per week, with an agreed monthly fee, and the possibility of evolving into a permanent position if there is a good fit on both sides.
