The part you’ll play

You will join us in our store in Barcelona as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management.

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
  
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
  
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
  
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
  

What you’ll bring

• 
  
• A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
  
• Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
  
• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
  
• Fluency in Spanish, Russian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
  
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
  
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
  
• Gross salary range: €24.000 - €27.000
  
• Fixed-term contract, for maternity leave replacement
