Conveyor & Mechanical Engineer

At EBRO Factory we are looking for a Conveyor & Mechanical Engineer to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Paint Shop facilities. This role will focus on conveyor systems while also providing mechanical engineering support for Air Supply Units (ASU), water treatment systems and other auxiliary equipment, ensuring reliability, efficiency and operational excellence.

What Will You Do?

• 
  
• Lead mechanical engineering projects from design to commissioning.
  
• Manage and improve conveyor systems within the Paint Shop.
  
• Support projects related to Air Supply Units (ASU), water treatment plants and auxiliary facilities.
  
• Participate in the development of a new Paint Shop using 3-WET technology.
  
• Coordinate suppliers during design, installation and start-up phases.
  
• Perform 2D/3D studies and technical simulations.
  
• Drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and preventive maintenance.
  
• Analyse breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.
  
• Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects.
  

What Are We Looking For?

• 
  
• More than 8 years of experience in engineering projects within Paint Shops.
  
• Strong experience using 2D/3D CAD tools.
  
• Strong experience with conveyor systems (Power & Free, roller beds, lifters and EMS).
  
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, materials and their properties.
  
• Experience with fans, pumps, filters, dampers, ductwork and air-handling equipment.
  
• Experience in structural calculations and mechanical design.
  
• Knowledge of health & safety and ergonomic improvement projects.
  
• Experience in root cause analysis, reliability and maintenance improvement.
  
• Professional level of English.
