Задачи:

• Coordinate recurring MONOPOLY GO! live-minigame events from planning and implementation through playtesting, release readiness, and post-event learning;
• Oversee the operational health of live-minigame cycles, including milestones, ownership, and project blockers;
• Facilitate playtesting sessions, document findings, manage defect triage, and ensure critical regressions are resolved;
• Audit final configurations against technical specifications and finalize pending decisions before deployment;
• Drive cross-functional synchronization between Engineering, Design, and Art;
• Maintain documentation of strategic choices and project velocity;
• Support launch readiness by identifying risks and refining operational workflows through post-release analysis;
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline evidence comparison and documentation while maintaining project output integrity.

Enthusiasm for mobile gaming and interest in maintaining long-term game integrity and engagement; Background in operations, product, design, or analytics through professional roles, academic projects, or significant practical application; Meticulous attention to detail and ability to audit features from documentation through final release; Intellectual curiosity and a systems-oriented mindset; Proactive communication skills to highlight discrepancies, define ownership, and advocate for resolution; Clear delivery and ability to synchronize efforts across diverse functional groups and changing timelines; Exceptional administrative skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent events across lifecycle phases; Technical aptitude and experience using automation and AI to improve workflow efficiency and project reliability; Nice to have: Experience with mobile gaming, live-service products, or similarly dynamic digital environments; proficiency with data and digital platforms for diagnosing complex challenges and supporting strategic decisions; experience implementing AI solutions and automation to optimize operational workflows and team productivity.
