Your missions will be:

• You analyze KPIs and implement action plans to drive performance and maximize results.

2) Drive operational excellence & brand image

• Detail-oriented, you embody the brand’s identity and standards every day.
• You ensure impeccable visual merchandising and maintain a flawless store environment.
• You manage operations efficiently (stock, deliveries, scheduling, reporting) to support business performance.

3) Lead, develop & inspire your team

• You motivate and energize your team from the start of the day.
• You recruit, train, and develop your team’s skills.
• You build a strong, engaged team culture through transparency, collaboration, and a shared ambition to succeed.

Your Profile :

• You bring at least 3 years of successful experience in retail management.
• Attentive and approachable, you stay connected to your environment and naturally inspire your team through your leadership.
• You have strong business acumen and a true passion for customer experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan is a strong advantage.
