Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Handling customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner
  
• Communicating with customers in German
  
• Using Spanish at B2 level as required for the role
  
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  
• Ensuring clear, accurate and professional communication throughout each interaction
  
• Following established customer service procedures and guidelines
  
• Contributing to a positive customer experience and high service quality
  
• Working effectively within a team and adapting to different shift schedules

Training

Full training will be provided before starting the role.

Training availability is required according to the following schedule:

• 
  
• First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00
  
• Following period: 09:00–16:00
  
• Final week: 09:00–17:00
  

Candidates should be fully available throughout the training period.

Contract & Career Opportunity

The position initially starts with a 3-month temporary contract, with the intention of converting it into a permanent contract afterwards. xcskxlj

The role requires flexibility, as there will be an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts.

Compensation

• 
  
• €21,000 gross annual base salary
  
• €1,200 annual SRV bonus
  
• Total potential annual compensation: up to €22,200 gross, depending on eligibility for the bonus
