Задачи:

• Own the full recruitment pipeline from kickoff to signed offer
• Calibrate with hiring managers to define role requirements before sourcing
• Map the market and source candidates directly through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and other effective channels
• Screen and interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations
• Drive offer negotiations through signing
• Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current
• Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role
• Act as the main candidate contact throughout the process and protect THEKER's market reputation
• Flag underperforming roles or briefs and work with hiring managers to improve them.

Требования:

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, owning sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offers, and closing end to end
• Proven record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly without dedicated pipeline support
• Experience calibrating with hiring managers and challenging briefs that do not match the market
• Comfortable working with KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles, agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up, familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools, a third language beyond English and Spanish.
