Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Spain

Drive sustainable growth in your sales region and create lasting impact with Pollmeier's wood products.

You take responsibility for developing and strengthening your designated sales territory by building sustainable customer relationships and expanding the existing client network. Through a combination of personal customer visits and digital communication, you create close connections and identify new business opportunities. In collaboration with internal sales teams and technical specialists, you contribute to achieving sales objectives and successfully positioning Pollmeier products in the market.

What you will be responsible for

• As Area Sales Manager, you arethe face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
• You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
• You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
• You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
• You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long‑term relationships to the benefit of end users
• You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
• You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

What we are looking for

• Permanent residence within the sales territory and experience in sales, business administration, or a skilled trade with motivation for further professional development
• Passion for sales and customer interaction combined with an independent, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong affinity for wood as a material, willingness to travel regularly within the region, and a valid driver's license
• Native-level Spain language skills as well as fluent Portuguese and English skills, any additional language is considered a plus
