Location: Barcelona, Spain

Mission: We are seeking a Digital Technology Project Management Executive to support the Digital Hub Tech team based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager and collaborating with the E-commerce and Digital teams, you will manage technical projects of varying sizes and assist with large-scale projects related to our brands.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Support management of digital technical projects such as site implementation, new functionalities, feature optimization, third-party integrations, and country rollouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Media, CRM, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Manage daily incidences, ensure quality and team rhythm, and track progress against milestones.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports using tools like JIRA and MS Project.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across departments.
• Support testing processes including UAT and ensure website accessibility and analytics tagging are up to standards.
• Review e-commerce orders and site availability daily to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing technical projects and teams, with good communication skills.
• Technical interest and knowledge, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and proactive risk management skills.
