Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English immersion instruction.
  
• Foster students' English language proficiency and confidence.
  
• Create and maintain an English-speaking learning environment.
  
• Assess and monitor student progress in language development.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate language learning across the curriculum.
  
• Support students' academic, social, and intercultural growth.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's English immersion programme.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• University degree in Primary Education or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  
• Experience supporting English language acquisition for multilingual learners.
  
• Native or native-level English proficiency.
  
• Strong relationship‑building skills with students, families and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
  
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
• Attention to detail in lesson planning, assessment and documentation.
  
• Basic proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools, particularly for preparing differentiated learning tasks.
  
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar platforms.
  
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Teams.
  

We Offer

• 
  
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  
• Total working hours: 18 hours per week. xcskxlj
  
• Salary: €20 gross per hour.
  

Educational levels

The position will support students within the PYP and MYP 1 programmes, with the possibility of MYP 2.
