Your role with us

• Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales margin and design-in targets
  
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutroniks product portfolio
  
• Plan and conduct customer visits annual negotiations and contract discussions
  
• Coordinate quotations orders samples delivery schedules and customer projects throughout the sales process
  
• Work closely with Internal Sales Product Marketing Field Application Engineers Material Management and Supply Chain
  
• Develop joint customer strategies with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to further expand the regional business

Your qualifications

• Professional experience in B2B sales account management or technical sales
  
• Ideally a background in electronics distribution electronic components or another technical B2B environment
  
• Strong commercial awareness negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
  
• Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projects
  
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills combined with willingness to travel within the sales region
