In this role you will support Puig’s Media teams on procurement to boost efficiency, optimize costs and build strategic partnerships with agencies and suppliers. You will lead media sourcing across offline, digital, programmatic, social and performance marketing, aligning with marketing objectives. You’ll track investments, negotiate with global platforms, and support ESG initiatives with suppliers. You will work in a matrix, international setup, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage RFQ and pitch processes for agencies and partners
• Track and ensure media deliverables align with defined KPIs and productivity metrics
• Monitor media investment deployment across markets
• Lead yearly negotiations with IOEM external platforms and monitor performance
• Support business reviews with key partners and identify new potential partners
• Support ESG initiatives with suppliers, including carbon footprint analysis and risk assessments

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media procurement
• Experience managing media, marketing services, advertising, or digital categories
• Proven xcskxlj experience negotiating with global media agencies and marketing service providers
• Experience operating in international and matrix organizations
• Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments
• Languages: Spanish native; English fluent; French would be highly valuable
