At andagon, we have been focused on software quality for more than 25 years. We support companies with Quality Assurance, Software Testing and Test Automation – and we want to further strengthen and develop our existing and former customer relationships.

We are looking for a Customer Success & Reactivation Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships and turning great conversations into new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Reactivate former and inactive customers and bring existing relationships back to life
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
• Understand customers’ current challenges, needs and upcoming projects
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling potential and develop qualified business opportunities
• Ensure consistent follow-up and manage customer activities in our CRM
• Work closely with Sales and Delivery to turn customer needs into concrete solutions and projects

What You Bring

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment
• Experience in proactive customer outreach and developing existing or former customer accounts
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence in proactively approaching customers – you don’t wait for customers to come to you
• Commercial mindset and the ability to identify customer needs and business potential
• Strong communication skills, reliability and consistent follow-up
• Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working, including confident use of CRM systems
• German C1–C2 and English B2 or higher

A plus: Experience in IT services, IT consulting, SaaS or Software Quality, as well as up-selling and cross-selling.
