Schedule: Morning shifts between 7h and 16h (8-hour blocks e.g. 7h15h or 8h16h)

About the Role

We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a growing team in Madrid. This is an on-site role based in one of Europes most vibrant capital cities known for its rich culture history and lively atmosphere. You will be the first point of contact for customers delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone email and/or chat
• Provide accurate timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality productivity and customer satisfaction)
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) C1 level or above
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) C1 level or above
• Previous experience in customer service call center or similar client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Madrid
• Available to work morning shifts (7h16h window 8-hour blocks)
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain)
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems MS Office or similar tools)
