WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This position is part of our Content Management & Operations team for the Porsche Websites. We run the end-to-end operating model for content-driven websites on (concept, build, rollout, and maintenance), with Storyblok as our central CMS and AI-supported workflows built in to deliver high-quality, scalable content at speed. The team is based at our Barcelona hub and works in English.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As Lead Content Manager Content Marketing and Topic Pages, you take ownership of the management, steering, and continuous evolution of special-interest pages on .
You drive concept development, coordinate global rollouts, and make sure these pages consistently meet Porsche's brand, UX, accessibility, and SEO standards across all markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• 
  
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of content marketing and topic pages, from concept development with the business units to global rollout in Storyblok
  
• Define information hierarchy, module selection, and page layouts in close collaboration with the UX team and the respective business units
  
• Wireframe (desktop and mobile) in Figma together with UX Designers
  
• Build content marketing and topic page masters in Storyblok, manage translations into up to 17 languages, and steer market approval through to go-live
  
• Orchestrate global rollouts (up to 92 market and language versions), including image and video integration, master data interface management, and go-live quality assurance
  
• Continuously evolve existing content marketing and topic pages based on stakeholder feedback, market requirements, and new module capabilities
  
• Coordinate between business units, Creative Lead, and the model page development team at defined touchpoints
  
• Identify opportunities for standardization and reusable content structures to improve scalability and time-to-market
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• 
  
• University degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
  
• 5+ years in digital content management, content strategy, or editorial project leadership, ideally in a corporate, premium brand, or agency environment
  
• Strong expertise in concept development and structuring of content-driven web pages, including wireframing in tools such as Figma
  
• Hands‑on experience with headless CMS platforms (Storyblok is a strong plus)
  
• Solid understanding of UX, accessibility (A11Y), and SEO best practices
  
• Experience managing multi‑language content rollouts and coordinating with international stakeholders
  
• Comfortable in cross‑functional, agile teams alongside developers, UX designers, and product managers
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; strong written and spoken English, German is a plus
