Managing Director – RUANO MUDANZAS

As part of the development of our activities in Spain, we are looking for a Managing Director to lead Ruano Mudanzas , our moving company based in Madrid.

Reporting to and working closely with Group Management, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of Ruano Mudanzas, combining operational leadership, team management and business development.

Your responsibilities

Management & Operations :

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services,
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team,
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction,
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability,
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners,
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards,
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Business Development :

• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth,
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain,
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals,
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities,
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.

Your profile :

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry,
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills,
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills,
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance,
• Fluent Spanish and professional English are required, French would be a plus,
• Good knowledge of the Spanish market and Madrid business environment would be a strong advantage.
