Spanish & Basque Advisor - Online Streaming Platform - Lisbon w/ Relocation

Are you fluent in Spanish & Basque and passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Basque via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish & Basque (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.

• Base Salary: €1391.83 month
