In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone for Fever’s Secret Media Network, owning data infrastructure and using it to drive growth. You’ll blend data engineering with business analytics and AI-powered automation to speed up analysis and inform decisions. You’ll build pipelines and dashboards, define core metrics, and turn insights into impact. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to scale capabilities and uncover growth opportunities that shape the product and user experience.

• Ensure a single, consistent definition of core metrics across the team
• Design and run experiments to identify drivers of performance and translate results into recommendations

• Design data definitions and architecture to prevent data issues and ensure governance
• Set and enforce data quality, documentation, and access standards
• Use AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analytics
• Identify opportunities to automate manual data/reporting processes in collaboration with Automation u0026 Tooling
• Serve as the go-to data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Analytics / BI roles in fast-paced digital environments
• SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (dbt xcskxlj or equivalent, cloud data warehouses)
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analytics
• Curious, business-minded analyst who asks why and what actions to take
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests / experiments is a strong plus
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning complex questions into clear analysis
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Spanish a plus
