We are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the Polish-speaking market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
  • Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers
  • Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
  • Manage free trials and follow up with prospects
  • Handle approximately 80100 calls per day
  • Work towards KPIs related to calls demos trial-to-paid conversions and revenue
  • Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • Must currently reside in Spain
  • 16 years of commercial experience in BDR SDR call center outbound sales or similar roles
  • Strong confidence with cold calling
  • Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads
  • Strong KPI and metrics orientation
  • Availability aligned with US time zone working hours
