**Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMPS Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows:
* Provide application support and consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and appropriate technical actions.
* Manage and resolve standard support tickets, following functional analysis and technical guidance from senior team members.
* Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and easily maintainable code and system configurations in line with Strada best practices.
* Execute system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure that applications and developments meet agreed specifications.
* Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled.
* Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Regularly report on progress and status to the AMO Team Manager.
* Maintain effective communication channels both internally and externally, ensuring timely updates on issue status, resolution, and root cause.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes and the overall SAP HCM system architecture.
**Qualifications

**** Bachelor or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
* Solid verbal and written communication skills in
**English and French
*** Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus
* Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
* Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
* Ability to multi-task and work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
