THE POSITION

• Dynamic role that will work across multiple retail and events both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Taking the lead in an array of event types including conferencing kids parties sit down and cocktail events.
• Training and developing junior staff members and providing support to management during larger scale events.
• End to end function experience and providing support to our sales team with end of event reporting.
• Outstanding customer service to our valued clients and guests ensuring their needs during events are met.
• Ensuring event spaces and equipment are looked after and well maintained.

THE PERSON

• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation.
• Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards and allergen management.
• Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
• Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality.
• Available across a variety of shifts including weekends early mornings and evenings.
