Czech Speaker? Are You Based in Madrid?

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the Czech market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close
• Contact potential customers in the Czech market
• Conduct client meetings product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process
• Handle approximately 80100 calls per day
• Work towards KPIs related to calls demos conversions and revenue
• Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Czech
• Native or bilingual English
• Must already reside in Spain
• 16 years of commercial experience such as BDR SDR outbound sales or call center
• Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication
• Strong KPI and results orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours

Location & Work Model

Madrid Spain

The first four weeks are fully on-site for onboarding and training. Afterwards the role follows a hybrid working model with approximately one day per month in the Madrid office.
