CEO of ELA Games, you will have full P&L accountability and end-to-end operational responsibility for driving the next phase of the studio's global growth and bridge the gap between creative studio execution and corporate B2B commercial scaling.

You will lead a highly talented, cross-functional team of approximately 40 specialists (including game producers, developers, mathematicians, artists, animators, and QA). Your primary mandate is to accelerate the delivery pipeline, expand our regulatory footprint across EU and global markets, optimize game performance via data-driven insights, and maximize commercial distribution.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and execute ELA Games’ long-term growth strategy, aligning the studio’s output with the wider commercial goals.
  
• Manage the studio’s budget, financial planning, resource allocation, and ROI on game development to ensure aggressive yet sustainable revenue growth across core and new markets.
  
• Spearhead the strategic rollout of ELA Games' content into high-growth LATAM markets and state-by-state/province-by-province regulated North American jurisdictions.
  
• Diversify the studio's revenue by launching and scaling a dedicated Sweepstakes/Social Casino product pipeline, adapting mathematical profiles, virtual currency models, and promotional mechanics tailored to the unique regulatory and behavioral landscapes of North American sweepstakes operators.
  
• Act as the primary liaison to the commercial side and stakeholders, providing comprehensive performance metrics, commercial transparency, and operational updates.
  
• Supervise the full game production lifecycle - from concept ideation and mathematics to art, animation, QA, and ultimate release management.
  
• Own the slot game roadmap, striking the perfect balance between game quality, localized market tastes, innovation (gamification, retention mechanics), and strict release timelines.
  
• Deeply analyze game performance post-launch across diverse regions, leveraging metrics (GGR, bets, spin counts, RTP behavior) to guide lobby positioning, optimize game balancing, and iterate on future mechanics.
  
• Collaboratively map out and execute the studio’s certification entry into new regulated EU, LATAM, US, and Sweepstakes spaces to unlock untapped revenue channels.
  
• Partner closely with the Marketing and B2B Sales teams to drive maximum exposure for new releases, craft compelling operator campaigns, and structure high-impact promotional calendars.
  
• Support the commercial team in navigating key integrations, building relationships with top-tier operators, domestic aggregators, and sweepstakes platforms, positioning ELA Games as a "must-have" content provider globally.
  
• Foster a high-performance, results-oriented, and collaborative culture within the 40-person studio, inspiring a shared vision across creative and technical departments.
  
• Identify operational bottlenecks in the studio structure and scale or restructure human capital efficiently as production demands grow to support cross-continental delivery.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Direct experience as a General Manager, COO, CEO, or Managing Director of an established EU-facing iGaming Slots Studio.
  
• 5+ years of leadership experience within the B2B iGaming casino sector, with a deep, demonstrable understanding of what makes a slot title commercially successful.
  
• In-depth knowledge of slot workflows, RTP structures, volatility balancing, and player psychology/retention mechanics.
  
• Native or fluent command of professional written and spoken English.
  
• Proven experience launching B2B slot games within LATAM, North American regulated states, or directly inside the Sweepstakes/Social Casino vertical. xqbhyrx
  
• Experience taking a small boutique studio (~30–50 people) and successfully scaling its commercial distribution and output pipeline.
