We’re building a new consumer tech company and preparing to go to market over the coming months.

We’re looking for an exceptional senior growth leader to join early and take real ownership of growth and customer acquisition from the beginning.

THE ROLE

You’ll help build the growth engine from the ground up and take ownership across:

- Go-to-market strategy and market testing
- Paid acquisition, especially Meta and later other relevant channels such as TikTok
- Creative testing and performance
- Funnel and conversion optimisation
- Acquisition data, tracking and experimentation
- Activation, retention and lifecycle growth
- International scaling
- Building the growth and marketing organisation as the company develops

This is not a role where you’ll inherit a finished marketing department. You’ll help build the system, prove what works and scale it.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re especially interested in someone who:

- Has strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition
- Has personally managed and scaled significant advertising budgets
- Has experience with consumer apps, subscriptions, digital products or other high-volume consumer businesses
- Understands how creative, paid media, data and conversion work together
- Can demonstrate real numbers and results from previous campaigns
- Understands acquisition beyond the click, including activation, retention and monetisation
- Is comfortable both setting strategy and getting into the accounts and doing the work
- Moves quickly and is comfortable building in an early-stage environment

LOCATION & SETUP

Full-time.

Remote-first with regular in-person team meetings in the Málaga / Mijas area.
