The role focuses on providing legal advice to business units, with a primary emphasis on M&A, corporate governance, commercial, and civil law matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in law firms or multinational companies.
- Licensure: Must be authorized to practice law in Spain.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 Advance level).
- Other: Availability for travel.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise on M&A transactions, including negotiation of transaction documentation (SPAs, Shareholders agreements, etc.).
- Provide general legal support for corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials).
- Assist in corporate governance for the listed parent company, including management of decision‑making bodies.
- Coordinate data protection matters across international branches (France, Italy, Portugal, Poland).
