SAP Authorizations Consultant

As an In-House SAP Access Consultant (m/f/d), you will establish the fundamental conditions that enable our users worldwide to work securely and effectively in the Phoenix Contact Group's SAP systems. You will be working in a dynamic and evolving environment that is gradually being transformed into a hybrid SAP system landscape.

KEY TASKS

• Create and manage roles and authorizations in our group-wide SAP systems
• Develop and implement new authorization concepts in preparation for future SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud-based)
• Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in the areas of SAP Identity and Access
• Development and monitoring of compliance guidelines, as well as providing support during IT audits
• SAP user administration
• Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation following ITSM-requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving Access processes and implementing best practices

SKILLSET

• Very good knowledge of authorization management
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori authorizations
• Excellent communication xcskxlj and organizational skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Exceptionally accurate and precise way of working
• Change management capabilities
• Ability to act in a constantly and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to form and use networks
• High level of decision-making ability
• Proficiency in English
