A global medical device company is hiring an Office & Administrative Assistant for its Barcelona office. You'll work side-by-side with the Office Manager, keeping the day-to-day admin, logistics, and employee processes tight the kind of role where nothing falls through the cracks because you won't let it.

What You'll Own

• General office administration filing, records, contracts, documentation
• Travel coordination for meetings and visitors (flights, hotels, logistics)
• ISO-related documentation support (no technical expertise needed, just organisation)
• Invoice filing and admin support for the Finance team
• Company vehicle fleet administration
• Onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and monthly HR updates
• New starter setup IT equipment, tools, training coordination
• Day-to-day office logistics suppliers, meeting rooms, visitor management

What You Bring

• Strong organisational and administrative background
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
• Fluent Spanish, plus working proficiency in English or French
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office tools
• A genuine team player with good instincts around confidentiality
