Inside Sales

For one of our main customers based in Barcelona, We are looking for a native English-speaking Junior Inside Sales to manage inbound leads and qualify marketing-generated opportunities. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with experience in lead generation or junior sales roles.

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain. Visa sponsorship is not available.

General Data:

• Full time contract.
• Model: hybrid.
• Location: Barcelona (Spain).
• Start date: September 2026.
• Salary range: 30K-32K.
• Mandatory requirement: Applicants must already have a valid work permit allowing them to work in Spain. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Main tasks:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received through phone, email, web forms, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct an initial qualification conversation to assess company fit, application interest, buying intent, and willingness to continue the sales process.
• Transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate SDR, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear documentation of the qualification findings.
• Qualify high-volume unqualified leads generated through global marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and digital programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, qualification outcomes, and lead status updates within CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.
• Monitor inbound lead queues and service levels to ensure fast response times and an excellent prospect experience.
• Support database quality by validating contact information, identifying key stakeholders, and documenting relevant business and application insights.

Ideal Background & Key Points :

• Speed to first response
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Lead Generation or Contact Center environments.
• Recent graduates with commercial experience are welcome.
• Experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Manager or people manager is not required for this role.
