After Sales Project Intern - September

If you are passionate about LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house. You will be supporting the After Sales team in the physical analysis of the defective items, following up lead time KPIs and proposing ideas to improve both flows.

Your role will be:

• Revise and update the after sales sections in the retail handbook (after sales policy, After sales training material..)
• Manage the operative part of the spare parts flow and participate to its improvements
• Update lead time reports of the internal atelier lead time and spare part lead time
• Making faster and more fluid the logistic flow of the pieces to repair in the internal repair centre.
• Support the repair center section leader in the technical analysis of the defective pieces that comes from the european stores.
• Create and run report to measure the lead time of the operations.
• Forecast and produce a regional safety stock of spare parts for the regions (Spare part safety stock project).

What you need for the role:

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, engineering school, business school, university, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and your ability to react quickly
• Comfortable with figures and analysis
• Organisational, analytical, and rigorous skills
• Team player
• Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and power point
• Fluent in English and (at least) conversational Spanish
