⚓What you’ll do

• Coach & Elevate: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales agents through daily floor support and real-time feedback.

• Drive Commercial Growth: Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.

• Master Sales Techniques: Train your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value deal closing.

• Operations & Escalations: Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.

What we are looking for

• Experience : 4+ years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus).

• Leadership : Strong leadership potential is essential (Previous Team Leader experience is a plus).

• Languages : German Native-level is required (additional languages are a plus).

• Work Authorization: Full right to work in Spain.

• Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
