Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Steward

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer and Brand Steward with strong FMCG experience who combines hands-on design expertise with the ability to supervise and mentor a wider creative team.

This is a senior, execution-focused role for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent brand consistency and high craft standards. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work while also reviewing and guiding the work of other designers, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, designers and international clients, helping translate brand and business needs into clear, engaging and effective creative solutions. Strong English communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct collaboration with international clients and stakeholders.

Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality design work across FMCG projects and brand communications.
• Ensure strong brand consistency, visual quality and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Review, supervise and provide constructive feedback on the work of other designers.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, helping them develop their skills and maintain high creative standards.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, designers, copywriters and other creative teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work directly with international clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective creative solutions.
• Present and explain creative work and design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identities and visual systems.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and new creative tools.
• Explore and incorporate AI-powered tools and workflows where they can improve efficiency, quality or creative output.
• Contribute to e-commerce and digital experiences when relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, with strong experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience working on established brands and maintaining strong brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Previous experience managing, supervising or mentoring designers.
• Strong hands-on design skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and brand systems.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with reviewing and supervising the work of others.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence working directly with international clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• E-commerce experience is highly valued.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is highly valued.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to creative quality.
