We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Work on SailPoint IIQ L2 support activities.
  
• Provide production support and incident management.
  
• Meet SLA commitments for incidents and service requests.
  
• Perform root cause analysis within agreed timelines.
  
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive solutions with business stakeholders and delivery managers.
  
• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
  
• Mentor team members and provide training when required.
  
• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) 7.x / 8.x
  
• Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  
• Application Onboarding
  
• Roles, Policies and Certifications
  
• Reports, Tasks and Lifecycle Events
  
• Tomcat
  
• JBoss
  
• ServiceNow
  
• Windows, UNIX and Linux
  

Years' experience: 5-8 years

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support.

Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, testing, production support and documentation skills.

Experience analysing logs and identifying issues in workflows, rules and connectors.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule: 24x5, Weekend On call Support for Priority Issues (If required)
