Задачи * Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments * Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner * Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations * Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity * Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters * Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements * Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees * Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors * Support annual salary and bonus review processes * Lead the administrative side of onboarding * Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval * Handle employee inquiries about payslips, taxes, and leave management * Manage the administration of diversity and inclusion initiatives * Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards * Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics * Maintain documentation and records regarding diversity, inclusion, and equality * Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes * Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth * Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making * Coordinate with the Jira team to adjust the platform for HR workflow automation Требования * At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles * Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures * Proven experience managing benefits * High attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level * Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading, familiarity with TradingView as a product Условия * Maternity cover contract * Flexible working hours * Relocation support is available * Private health insurance * Performance-based bonuses * TradingView Premium access * Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth * Regular team events and company-wide meetups #J-18808-Ljbffr
