What you'll do

• Own the full cycle for $10-60k ACV deals (demo to close), including consolidating fragmented, self-serve customers (multiple teams, regions, or agencies) into single Enterprise agreements.
• Show customers how to get their data into Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and their warehouse/BI stack in minutes, no code.
• Be an AI-native seller: use LLMs across research, account planning, personalization, and follow-up. We expect the person doing the selling to run their own stack on AI.
• Partner with engineering and feed product with market insight (LLM destinations, write-back actions, new connectors).

Must-haves

• 3+ yrs closing B2B SaaS, $25k+ deal size, 100%+ quota.
• Genuinely fluent with LLM tools (Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot). You use them daily and can demo connecting live data to them.
• SQL basics (SELECT / JOIN / GROUP BY), and can talk ELT vs ETL and how clean data feeds AI agents and MCP.
• Hands-on with at least one warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks).
• Familiarity with BI/AdTech (Power BI, Looker, GA4, Google and Meta Ads).
• Excellent English, ready to work within ±2h of Central European Time.

Nice-to-haves

• Built with or sold products that use MCP / AI agents, and understand how connectors plug into Claude or ChatGPT.
• Power BI / Looker certs.
• dbt / Fivetran / Airbyte exposure.

Compensation & perks

• OTE US $30,000-65,000 (60/40 split) plus uncapped accelerators.
