Your Tasks:

We are looking for a person with an interest in industry, a customer-oriented mindset and the motivation to combine technical consulting with business development. You will become part of a family-owned multinational company with a strong international presence, long-term career prospects and an excellent working environment.

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
  
• Develop the assigned territory and generate new growth opportunities within the area.
  
• Conduct commercial and technical visits to customers.
  
• Advise customers on Optibelt applications and solutions.
  
• Deliver technical training sessions and presentations.
  
• Follow up on quotations and business opportunities.
  
• Maintain up-to-date customer and activity information in the CRM system.
  
• Use corporate digital tools to efficiently plan and manage commercial activities.
  
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  

Your Profile:

• 
  
• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification, or relevant professional experience in the industrial sector.
  
• Ability to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  
• Strong communication, organizational and customer-oriented skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  
• Valid driving licence.
  
• Experience in industrial sales, knowledge of the power transmission sector and experience in technical customer consulting will be considered an advantage.
  
• English skills sufficient to work effectively in an international environment.
